Mary Frances Roberts

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mary Frances Roberts, age 77, was born December 19, 1944 and died October 15, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness. The owner/operator of Roberts Cleaning and member of Sunny Hills Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Bertha Fults Hodges. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin Hodges and Eugene Hodges. Mrs. Roberts was married April 10, 1983 to her loving husband of 40 years, Tony Roberts. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, James Daron (Dean) Thrower of Lafollette, TN and Sharon Denise Borges and Barbara "Boonie" Thrower both of McMinnville; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Knight of McMinnville; two brothers, Tony (Pam) Hodges of McMinnville and Terry (Starla) Hodges of Smithville, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2022 in High's Chapel with Johnny Haston officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
