Mary Jane Woodlee, age 82, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, was born December 6, 1937 and died November 19, 2020 at St. Thomas Rutherford following an extended illness. The retired owner of Stop & Go Market in Irving College and member of the Church of Christ she was the daughter of the late John Clark and Annie Jane Farless Hillis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Perry Woodlee; and three brothers-in-law, Jimmy Williams, Clarence "Red" Safley, and Tom Rowland. Mrs. Woodlee is survived by daughter, Debra Kirby Gibbs of Hertford, North Carolina; two sons, Clinton Eugene (Pam) Hill of Lafayette, TN and Jimmy (Michelle) Hill of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Alex Hill, Nicholas Hill, Jared Hill, Shaun (Nancye) Hill, Micah Hill and Jaimee (Israel) Quinbar; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Williams, Elsie Safley, Evelyn Rowland and Bonnie (Allen) Hitchcock and sisters-in-law, Sarah Frances Woodlee, Nelma (W.C.) Chilton and Nona (Ken) Martin. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A private graveside service and interment will be held for family only. No visitation will be held at High’s.
