Mazzle Florene Green

Mazzle Florene Jones Green, age 96, a Murfreesboro, TN resident and Warren County, TN native was born April 27, 1925 and died August 30, 2021 at NHC Healthcare in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. She was retired from the State of Tennessee and the WCHS Food Service Department, a member of Westwood Church of Christ, and the daughter of the late Calvin and Elvee Youngblood Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Samuel Cates and Thomas Green; brother, Randall Jones; and sister, Hazel Jones. Mrs. Green is survived by children, Ronnie Rhea and Jan Jansen both of Murfreesboro, TN; four grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew. Graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Leoni Cemetery, 6818 McMinnville Hwy, Woodbury, TN 37190 with Bro. Ray Weddington officiating.
