McMinnville resident and Hardin County, TN native Micah Gerald Majors, age 60, was born January 20, 1964 and died April 6, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired production supervisor with Yorozu, he was the son of the late Joel and Geraldene Majors. Mr. Majors is survived by son, Austin Dillon Majors of McMinnville; three brothers, Joel Burke (Denae) Majors, Jr., Tim Majors and Daniel (Arlene) Majors, all of McMinnville; sister, Marley Thrasher of Huntland, TN; aunts, Janice Tynes of North Carolina, Jeanette Hardin of Texas and Judy Martin and Jeana Grace, both of Savannah, TN; uncle, Jon (Barbara) Majors of Savannah, TN and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews that he always held close to his heart. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in High’s Chapel with Lane Dix and Mark Clay officiating. Burial will follow at Stroud Cemetery in Warren County. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at High’s. The family would like to extend a very special “Thank You” to nurses, Shanna Bogle, Judy Mifflin, Nacie Tate, Monica Lewis and the Gentiva team.
