Pamela Lewis McMahan

Pamela Ann Lewis McMahan entered into rest suddenly May 7, 2022 while at Unity Center in Manchester, Tennessee at the age of 63. Pam was born in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Pollye Jo Marshall and Lloyd R. Lewis, Sr. She graduated in 1977 from Highlands High School in San Antonio, TX and retained many very close childhood friendships. She had planned on attending this year’s reunion with her husband, Mac. In 2018 she married Rollyn William McMahan, III of Morrison, TN and together they enjoyed nature, gardening, feeding the birds and many, many long talks of their plans for the future. She loved their rides in the 6x6 and picking blackberries and canning jam! She thought Mac’s grilled steaks were the best ever! She lived in Colorado for many years to be close to her sister and brother-in-law, Len and Debra Speiser. In turn they moved to Tennessee to be near her. She loved to entertain and celebrate the holidays with family especially Christmas showing off her snowman collection. Pam took after her mother, Pollye Campbell and grandmother, Emma Weinheimer, sewing and crocheting. She was making afghan’s for those she loved and some who she never met. She was extremely giving and always had a smile on her face. Pam is survived by her brother, Lloyd Lewis (Reggie); sister-in-law, Newlyn Lewis; niece, Audrey Lewis; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Len Speiser; sister-in-law, Sheri Wanchick and many, many friends! Per Mrs. McMahan’s wishes she will be cremated. There will be no service or visitation held at High Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
