Patsy Cline Sanders Layne

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Patsy Cline Sanders Layne, age 66, was born June 1, 1957 and died January 27, 2024 following an extended illness. 

A CNA with NHC Healthcare of McMinnville, she was the daughter of Jessie Sanders of McMinnville, TN and the late Franklin Sanders. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by brother, James Alan Sanders and grandchildren, Lotasha Fults, Stacey Fults and Lacey Fults.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by daughter, Lawanda (Clinton) Knight of Beersheba Springs, TN; son, David A. Ward of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Matthew Fults, Alan G. Ward and Stefan Ray Ward; several nieces and nephews; brothers, Henry (Fay) Sanders of McMinnville, TN, Dickey Sanders of Morrison, TN and Franklin Sanders, Jr. of Manchester, TN and sister, Sharon Narramore of McMinnville, TN.

Per Ms. Layne’s wishes, she will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High Funeral Home.
