Paul Johnson

Morrison, TN resident and Chattanooga, TN native Paul Johnson, age 81, was born July 17, 1942 and died February 6, 2024 at Shannondale of Maryville in Maryville, TN following an extended illness. A United States Navy veteran, retired press shop supervisor with Carrier for 36 years and a member of Wesley’s Chapel Methodist Church, he was the son of the late Calvin and Mabel Fults Johnson. He was married to Wilma Geraldene Hillis on March 16, 1962 who preceded him in death on July 4, 2016. Mr. Johnson is survived by son, John Paul (Jaclyn) Johnson of Maryville, TN; daughters, Mitzi Lynn Toro Johnson and Richard Toro Asins of Spain and Angie Seawillow Johnson of Morrison, TN; grandchildren, Haven Rens, Reagan Toro Johnson and Ava, Kyle and Wyatt Johnson and great-grandchildren, Noah and Stella Rens. A private graveside service will be held at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Coffee County, TN with Robin Hornbuckle officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at High’s.
