Raftman Monroe "Ralph" Blair

Raftman Monroe “Ralph” Blair, age 61, a Warren County, TN resident and native was born August 9, 1957 and passed away June 3, 2019 at his residence following a sudden illness. He was a former employee of the Carrier Corporation, an employee of Home Depot and son of the late Kenneth and Melvia McCormick Blair. Mr. Blair was married September 1, 1983 to Tammy Neely Blair who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Julie Clark and husband Trey and Leah Blair and Michael Brewer all of McMinnville; grandson, Jayce Clark of McMinnville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe E. and Gina Blair and John and Sherri Blair all of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Jenny Norris and husband Jonathan, Amy Blair, John Adam Blair, Justin Neely and Jared Neely. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Paul Roberts to officiate. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at High’s.
