Russell Allen King

Spring City, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Russell Allen King, age 29, was born March 26, 1994 and died suddenly November 23, 2023. A welder with Monterey Mushroom and a member of Pentecostal Worship Center, he was the son of Shannon Newby of McMinnville and Misty King of Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death by grandmothers, Linda Bain and Beverly King; great-grandparents, Wilson and Ruby King; great-grandma, Elvita Newby; cousin, Sarahlynn Childress and special friend, Joseph Redmon. In addition to his parents, Mr. King is survived by daughter, Hazel King of McMinnville; son, Ryderr Potts of McMinnville; brother, Cody Newby of McMinnville; sister, Kealey Newby of Birmingham; grandparents, Donna (Roger) Pease, Russell (Arlene) Pease and Larry Bain; friend, Mark Bowdoin; aunts, Elizabeth (Chris) Childress, Monica (Colby) Reed, Kacie Pease and Heather Bain (Gelico Mathis); uncle, Brandon McClure and Kevin McClure; great-uncle, Terry Cook; special cousin, Jesus Barcenas; special friend, Rachel Pekarz; several aunts, uncles and cousins and nephew, Carson Newby.
