Russell "Ty" Eaton

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Russell “Ty” Eaton, age 64, was born May 26, 1960 and died April 8, 2025 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN following a sudden illness.

An employee with Yorozu and of the Christian faith, he was the son of the late William Russell and Betty Sue Griffith Eaton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, William Danny Eaton; infant brother, Mark Eaton and grandparents, Hubert and Alta Griffith.

Mr. Eaton is survived by two daughters, Amy (Todd) Barker and Christy Price, both of McMinnville; son, Benji Price of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Ethan Price, Sera (Wesley) Parkhurst, Brooklyn Barker, Faith Price and Ava Price, all of McMinnville; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene Eaton and Cathy Green, both of McMinnville; several nieces, nephews and cousins; aunt, Lola Griffith of McMinnville and beloved dog, Trouble.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2025 at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN with Kyle Holder officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at High’s. No visitation will be held at High’s on Friday and family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
