Stanley Dale Delong

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Stanley Dale Delong, age 56, was born May 11, 1966 and died suddenly on August 5, 2022. A self-employed construction worker and member of First Assembly of God, he was the son of the late Wanda Delong. He was married to Connie Delong of McMinnville, TN on June 30, 1984. In addition to his wife, Mr. Delong is survived by two children, Richard "Dale" (Lacy) Delong of Rock Island, TN and Sharon (W.C.) Vassar of Noblesville, IN; three grandchildren, Rylan, Dylan and Dixie; two sisters, Donna Lawson and Kimberly Certain, both of Rock Island, TN; many nieces, nephews and cousins; two uncles, Charles Delong of Rock Island, TN and Lee Delong of TX and "other" son, Harry. Graveside service and interment will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville, TN with Sammy Lee officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
