Tammy Bouldin

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Tammy Bouldin, age 59, was born January 21, 1965 and died November 4, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness. 

A former CNA with NHC of McMinnville and a member of Dayspring Community Church, she was the daughter of the late Earl Ray and Ethel Louise Boren Greene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Perry Greene; sisters, Wanda Faye Hillis and Brenda Gribble; sister-in-law, Rita Greene and brother-in-law, Carl Hillis. 

She was married to Grady Bouldin of McMinnville on June 26, 1991. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Bouldin is survived by son, Josh (Whitney) Judkins of McMinnville; daughters, McKayla (John) Melton of the Centertown community and Laurie Judkins of McMinnville; grandchildren, Kaitlin Judkins, Kingston Judkins and Kylie Magness; sisters, Shirley (Roger) Hawks of Maryville, TN, Vickie Frizzell of the Centertown community and Paula (Bruce) Turner of Smithville, TN and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Per Mrs. Bouldin’s wishes she will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
