Thomas Edward "Tom" Rogers

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Thomas Edward “Tom” Rogers, age 72, was born September 1, 1950 and died February 26, 2023 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness.           

A United States Navy veteran, retired maintenance employee with Carrier Corporation and Morrison Tool and Fab and a member of Hebron Church of Christ, he was the son of the late James Rogers and Lucille Curtis Rogers Hinkle. 

Mr. Rogers was married to Janice Laws Rogers of McMinnville, TN on October 18, 1996. In addition to his wife, Mr. Rogers is survived by daughters, Kristy (John) Sparkman and Jennifer (Kenneth) Felty, both Morrison, TN; step-children, Natasha (Keith) Kincaid of Murfreesboro, TN and Derrick (Heather) Stiles of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Hailey Muncey and MaKenna and Jagger Felty; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Cutrell; step-grandchildren, Joseph Stiles, Maylee Kincaid and Owen Kincaid; sisters, Judy (Al) Dodd of Cookeville, TN and Brenda (Jerry) Foster and Debbie (Mark) Johnston, both of McMinnville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Ray Weddington and Derrick Stiles officiating. Burial will follow at Morrison Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.
