"Tooter" Elbert Wayne Bell

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native “Tooter” Elbert Wayne Bell, age 71, was born January 20, 1951 and died June 11, 2022 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. A retired truck driver from Hobb’s Trucking Company, he was the son of the late Dewey Latton and Evelyn Frances Mayes Bell. He was married to Connie Judkins Bell on March 2, 1984. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Bell. In addition to his wife, Mr. Bell is survived by daughter, Alexandria “Alex” Reanne Bell of McMinnville, TN; brother, Latton (Linda) Bell of McMinnville, TN; sister-in-law, Brenda Bell of McMinnville, TN and several nieces and nephews also survive. Per Mr. Bell’s wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022 in High's Chapel with Mike Gann officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at High's. Inurnment will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Warren County, TN.
