Wanda Jean Smartt

McMinnville, TN resident Wanda Jean Smartt was born February 14, 1939 and passed away April 4, 2025.

She was employed by Oster for 46 years. Wanda had a heart of gold and was caretaker to many during her lifetime. She loved her pets, cooking, sewing and growing beautiful flowers. She was a true Christian and attended Trinity Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, William Garnett Wooten; grandson, Kendall Shane Wooten; son, William Shane Wooten and husband, David Smartt.

Survivors include Rhonda Owens, Lorrie Panter, Greg Smartt and Jason Smartt and ten grandchildren, Morgan Thrower, Shea Panter, Matthew Panter, Mitchell Panter, Cody Smartt, Jared Smartt, Sarah Page, Katie Norris, Jenna Morton and Jaden Smartt.

Per her wishes, Mrs. Smartt will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Chapel Cemetery Fund.
