William Randy "John" Myers

McMinnville resident and Grundy County, TN native William Randy “John” Myers, age 52, was born February 10, 1971 and died January 19, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness. A member of the Church of God, he was the son of Glenn Myers and the late Hessie Myers. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brothers, Sammy Brady, Sunny Day Brady and Ricky Lane Brady; sister, Virginia Sue Brady and step-son, Russell Lynn McCormick. He was married to Shirley Myers of McMinnville on June 6, 2022. In addition to his wife and father, Mr. Myers is survived by son, John Dexter Myers of McMinnville; daughter, Subrina (John) Ferrell of Rock Island, TN; step-daughter, Amanda (Clint) Williams of McMinnville; step-son, Kevin (Kim) McCormick; grandchildren, Kaylan Myers, Kyla Myers and Kayden Ferrell; step-grandchildren, Kaylee Williams and Tripp Williams; brothers, Joe (Beth) Myers, Michael (Cheryl) Myers, Reev (Michelle) Brady, Houston Tucker and Steve Brady; sisters, Earlene (Bobby) Dishman and Verna Brady and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice for the care they provided. Private service is being held with the family. No visitation or service will be held at High's.
