Wilna LaRhae DeLeon

McMinnville, TN resident and Pope County, IL native Wilna LaRhae DeLeon, age 76, was born October 3, 1946 and died June 21, 2023 at her residence following an extended illness.

A retired employee with J.A. Leslie and Sons and a member of Antioch Baptist in Warren County, TN and St. Hedwigs of Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Harold Swinford & Ruth Virginia Bell Grochowski. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by baby sister, Rita Grochowski; brother, Edmund Grochowski and sister, Judith Ann Swinford.

Ms. DeLeon is survived by children, Shelly (John) Gjonaj and Aubrey Gravat; grandchildren, Kevin Gravat, Breanna Fusto and Dominick Fusto; brother, Gerald Swinford and niece, Gretchen Shelton. 

Per Ms. DeLeon’s wishes she will be cremated. There will be no service or visitation held at High Funeral Home.
